There’s nothing that says “Valentine’s Day” like a nice
romantic dinner. There are dinner
specials going on all around town, but here are some really great places to
check out:
-Spirit of Chicago Dinner Cruises –
Treat your Valentine to a dinner on the water! Prices are from $79,90 per
person and the cruise is from 7-10 pm. Click here

-Tesori has a delicious Valentine’s
Day menu, and it
is served February 13-16. Tesori is located at 65 East Adams St.
-Nia Restaurant has an eight course
tasting menu for only $39 per person and is available from 6:00 -11:00 pm. The menu features classic aphrodisiac

BYOB Painting Class
Wanting to stray away from the classic dinner date this
year? BYOB painting class is for you! This year’s theme is “Paris”, and the class is
located at the Chicago Art and Design Center, 3054 N Greenview. The fee is $35 per person, but reservations

Single? No problem! Chicago has many events for singles if
you are looking to meet someone or celebrate single life!
-Valentine’s Day at Ay Chiwowa! – Ay
Chiwowa is hosting a 90’s themed dance party starting at 8pm. There is no cover and it is located at 311 W. Chicago Avenue.
-Valentine’s Day at Sunda: Singles
and Sushi – Come mingle with other singles while sipping on wine, beer, sake
and cocktails and snacking on apps and sushi.
Sunda is located at 110 W. Illinois St. and the party begins at
8pm. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased here
-Municipal Bar and Dining Company is
hosting a Valentine’s Day singles party. Come enjoy $6 Vegas Bombs, $7 volcano
cake, and partake in the “Worst Breakup Story” contest. Municipal Bar and
Dining Company is located at 216 W. Ohio Street, and the party begins at 5pm.
Family Friendly Events:
Arts & Crafts
If you’re looking for a family friendly event, Family Hearts
and Crafts at Armour Square is just for you! The fee is $10 and arts and
crafts are available. Armour Square Park
is located at 3309 S. Shields Avenue and the event is from 3:30-5pm.
Dance!
Another family friendly event is a Valentines dance at
Mayfair Park! The fee is only $5, and concessions and a photo op are available
for an additional fee. It’s from 6:30 –
8:30 pm at Mayfair Park, 4550 W. Sunnyside Avenue.
